Space Station makes an appearance PDF Print

The International Space Station should be visible this week over North Carolina- granted that skies are clear and free of too much light pollution.

 Officials say look to the north or northwest beginning around 8:39 Wednesday and 9:03 on Thursday. Thought you saw something last night? If you were stargazing around 9:29, you might have spotted both the International Space Station and the Space Shuttle Endeavor. For more information, visit www.phys.appstate.edu/iss.html.
