Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute announced on Thurseday that Kelsi Summers, a 2016 West Iredell High School graduate, has signed her national letter to play women's basketball in 2016-17. Summers, who is 5-foot-9, averaged 11 points and seven rebounds a game her senior year.
