|Six Charged in Two Drug Incidents in Boone|

Six people have been charged in two separate incidents that occurred on February 14th in Boone, the six charged with various narcotics violations, according to Boone Police. The first incident occurred when a citizen observed suspicious activity in the parking lot of a State Farm Road business.
Patrol officers, assisted by narcotics investigators, located three people and were able to determine they were in possession of illegal narcotics. Arrested were:
William Anthony Fitzpatrick, 45, of Hwy 194 S, Boone, charged with Felony Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, with $10,000 Secured Bond with a court date of March 26.
Clarence William Myers, Jr. 45, of Hardin Gilley Road, Warrensville, charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, with $2,500 Secured Bond.
April Melinda Rash, 41, of Highlands Parkway, Whitetop, VA, charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance , 2 Counts of Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, with $1,000 Secured Bond and Court Date: March 26th.
In the second incident, officers observed three people purchasing products containing pseudo-ephedrine, a chemical used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine, at a Blowing Rock Road business. Patrol and narcotics officers conducted surveillance while the three suspects visited three other stores making additional purchases of other products used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. Arrested were:
Matthew Lamarr, 28, of Butler, TN. He’s charged with Possession of a Precursor Chemicals, Conspiracy to Possess a Precursor Chemicals, with court March 28th and $10,000 Secured Bond.
Jason Michael Smith, 36, of Butler, TN, charged with Conspiracy to Possess a Precursor Chemicals, court date, March 28th and $15,000 Secured Bond.
Ashley Nicole Stewart, 20, Butler, TN, charged with Conspiracy to Possess a Precursor Chemicals, with court March 28th, $10,000 Secured Bond.
