BOONE —Appalachian State University’s Department of Theatre and Dance presents a double-bill of plays titled “English Without Effort” in the intimate I.G. Greer Studio Theatre on campus Nov. 6-10. These laugh-out-loud comedies will be performed at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 6, 7, 9 and 10 with 2 p.m. matinees on Nov. 7 and 8.

The F.A.R.M. Cafe Board of Directors is very pleased report that $11,500 has been invested with the Watauga Community Foundation. These funds were raised through individual donors who matched $5,000 that was raised at the 2015 Real. Good. Party! which took place in April 2015.

Watauga High School will host the regional competition of the North Carolina Theatre Conference (NCTC) High School Play Festival on November 6 - 7, and you’re invited to help.
