Watauga County Arrests, October 9th - October 14th

 

Oct. 9

  • David Rod Allen Davila, 27, of 280 Lynn Hill Road, Boone, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and assault in the presence of a minor

 

  • Kathryne Louise Miller, 25, of 483 Ransom Street, Blowing Rock, was charged with breaking and entering, felony larceny and injury to personal property

 

Oct. 10

  • James Ryan Wooten, 20, of 323 Green Turtle Road, Vilas, was charged with assault on a female

 

  • Jeffrey Lee Warren, 36, of 3238 Hwy 321 N, Sugar Grove, was charged with larceny

 

  • Joseph Collins, 24, of 6926 Wystone Avenue, Reseda, Calif., was served with a fugitive warrant for possession of marijuana

 

  • Travis Andrew Hartney, 19, of 1141 Rock Cliff Drive, Boone, was charged with simple possession of a schedule VI substance

 

  • Lydia Rose Umphlett, 42, of 189 Dovick Drive, Banner Elk, was charged with violating a domestic violence protective order

 

Oct. 11

  • David Lawrence, 56, of 912 Hwy 67 N, Trade, Tenn., was arrested for an outstanding warrant

 

Oct. 12

  • Tom Foster New, 59, of 655 Worley Road, Banner Elk, was charged with assault on a female

 

  • Sarah Elizabeth Winebarger, 21, of 420 Winebarger Road, Deep Gap, was charged with DWI - alcohol and/or drugs, and drug violations - equipment/paraphernalia - using

 

Oct. 13

  • Sean Anthony Price, 20, of 149 Darby Court, Unit B, Boone, was charged with assault by strangulation, being intoxicated and disruptive, and resisting a public officer

 

Oct. 14

  • Adam H Mattox, 34, of 304 Glendale Drive, Boone, was charged with failure to appear/driving or allowing someone to drive a motor vehicle without a registration
