Watauga County Arrests, September 10th - September 17th

 

 

 

Sept. 10

  • Elijah Steven Driscoll, 18, of 338 Club View Lane, Matthews, was arrested by Appalachian State University Police and charged with possession to manufacture, sell or distribute marijuana, maintaining a place for a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia

 

  • Adam Hawk George, 27, of 112 Banner Mobile Home Drive, Vilas, was charged with driving while impaired , possession of a container of alcohol in the passenger area, driving without an operators license, and driving without allowing registered plate on display

 

  • Sherry Ann Miller, 57, of 191 Wildcat Road, Boone, was charged with trafficking in opium or heroin

 

Sept. 11

  • Brian Francis Hancock, 30, of 2201 Russ Cornett Road, Boone, was charged with a probation violation

 

  • Brian Keith Heacock, 27, of 155 Ray Hamby Road, Deep Gap, was charged with three counts of felony probation violation out of county and one count of felony probation violation out of state

 

Sept. 12

  • Joe Kenneth Neaves, 52, of 1928 Shatley Springs Road, Crumpler, was detained at the Watauga County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold

 

  • Jeremy Lynn Pennington, 31, of 201 Ira Harmon Road, Vilas, was charged with trafficking in opium and heroin

 

  • Marvin Luther Ritch III, 59, of 626 A Hwy 105 Bypass, Boone, was charged with a misdemeanor probation violation

 

Sept. 13

  • Christopher Lee Barsuhn, 18, of 14216 Citrus Court, Huntersville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia

 

  • Trevaline Renee Bertsch, 33, of 3810 Kansas Ave, Dickinson, Texas, was detained at the Watauga County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold

 

  • James Lee Blegen, 31, of 2111 Washington Street, Sanford, was detained at the Watauga County Detention Center

 

  • Sherry Ann Miller, 57, of 191 Wildcat Road, Boone, was charged with second degree trespassing

 

  • Derek Christopher Partee, 24, of 3909-C Pioneer Way, Greensboro, was charged with failure to comply with a child support order

 

  • David Eric Presnell, 50, of 228 Hampton Trailer Circle, Boone, was charged with larceny of ginseng and second degree trespassing

 

  • Marlena June Roark, 33, of 233 Lot 34 Pedro Shoun Road, Mountain City, Tenn., was detained at the Watauga County Detention Center on a 90 day conditional release violation sentence

 

  • Christopher Thomas Sturgill, 27, of 452 Harley Perry Road, Zionville, was detained at the Watauga County Detention Center on a 15 day conditional release violation

 

  • Harvey Welch Witte III, 37, of 110 Winter Drive, Boone, was detained at the Watauga County Detention Center on a weekend sentence

 

Sept. 14

  • Kayla Wade Delong, 23, of 124 Clyde Townsend Road, Apt. 18, Boone, was charged with aiding and abetting impaired driving

 

  • Madelyn Marie Kittle, 24, of 513 Greer Lane, Vilas, was charged with driving while impaired and driving left of center

 

  • Kevin Grant Neal, 26, of 118 E. Main Street, Jefferson, was charged with a felony probation violation and two counts of misdemeanor larceny

 

  • Joshua Edmund Seay, 35, of 8108 Old Hwy 421 North, Zionville, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense

 

Sept. 15

  • Joseph Collins, 24, of 6926 Wystone Avenue, Reseda, Calif., was charged with a probation violation

 

  • Richard Allan Tatum, 27, of 132 Yearling Lane, Blowing Rock, was charged with assault on a female

 

Sept. 16

  • John Daniel Cook III, 30, of 686 State Farm Road, Boone, was charged with driving while impaired

 

  • Scott Thorton Harris, 33, of 6806 Charter Hills Road, Charlotte, was charged with second degree trespassing, consumption of a malt beverage or unfortified wine off premises, and resisting a public officer
